Spanish Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 egg
    1 small can Spanish rice
    1 small chopped onion
    1 small bell pepper, chopped
    1 c. crushed crackers
    2 Tbsp. barbecue sauce
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and shape into loaf.
    Cover top of loaf with catsup and bake for 45 minutes to an hour at 350\u00b0. Wonderful!
