Salisbury Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. corn flake crumbs
Preparation
    Dip patties in crumbs.
    Pour gravy over (mushroom soup and gravy mix).
    Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
