Microwave Swiss Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. beef round steak, cut 1/2-inch thick
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    2 medium onions, sliced thin
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, undrained
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

    Medium (50%).
    Cooking Time:
    1 hour and 10 minutes to 1 hour and 20 minutes.
