Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli
    1 can undiluted mushroom soup
    2 slightly beaten eggs
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. cubed Velveeta cheese
    1 c. crushed Ritz crackers (do not substitute)
Preparation
    Cook the broccoli 5 minutes as directed on package.
    Drain well.
    Mix the soup, eggs, mayonnaise and cheese.
    Fold into broccoli.
    Put in greased casserole. Sprinkle with the crackers. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
    Ummm good!
