Egg Salad Party Snack - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs, hard-boiled, chopped fine or pressed through sieve
    2 tsp. minced onion
    1/2 tsp. cider vinegar
    2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    1 dash Tabasco
    pinch of white pepper
Preparation
    Stir all ingredients together.
    Adjust seasoning.
    Will make 1 1/2 cups of mix.
    Serve on or with crackers.
