Enchiladas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground meat (lean)
1 large onion, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
2 tsp. chili powder or 1 pkg. taco mix
2 peppers, chopped
1 large can chili
Preparation

Brown meat, salt, pepper, chili powder and onions.
Pour off liquid.
Spoon into flour tortillas and roll up.
Layer in large pan side by side.
Pour large can of chili over top of enchiladas. Bake 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Take out and cover with cheese.
Return to oven and bake until cheese melts.
