Garlic Roast Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 lb. chicken parts
    salt and pepper
    2 Tbsp. butter
    4 cloves garlic
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Salt and pepper chicken, putting in a baking pan.
    Bake 20 minutes.
    Melt butter.
    Cut cloves in slices. Brush chicken with butter; sprinkle with garlic.
    Bake until chicken is golden and juices run clear when meat is pierced with a knife, 15 to 20 minutes.
    Let the chicken rest for 10 to 15 minutes before carving.
