Low-Fat Lasagna - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium size bowl fat-free cottage cheese
1 small can fat-free spaghetti sauce
1 lb. ground turkey
1 small onion, shredded
black pepper to taste
1 large pkg. Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Fry ground turkey and drain.
Add rest of ingredients: spaghetti sauce, onion and pepper.
Boil lasagna noodles (about 6 or 8; I break in half).
In cake pan, lay noodles in bottom, touching each other.
Put cottage cheese, then ground turkey mixture, then 3/4 large package of Mozzarella cheese.
Put another layer of noodles and sprinkle rest of Mozzarella cheese on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Let stand 10 minutes to cool before serving.
