Company-Best Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg
3/4 c. milk
1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. salt
1/8 tsp. black pepper
1 can golden mushroom soup
2/3 c. water
Preparation

Combine egg and milk; beat slightly.
Add breadcrumbs and stir until moistened.
Add ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, salt and black pepper.
Mix well and shape into small meatballs.
Brown in skillet sprayed with Pam.
Pour off drippings.
Combine soup and water.
Pour over meatballs.
Cover and simmer for 30 minutes. Serve over rice or noodles.
Yields approximately 24 meatballs.
