Turkey Milanese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 (4 oz.) turkey cutlets
    salt
    pepper
    2 egg whites
    1/2 c. Italian bread crumbs
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Sprinkle turkey with salt and pepper.
    Coat with egg white. Roll in bread crumbs and cheese.
    Fry in skillet containing 1/4 cup hot oil until brown.
    Serves 4.
