Sausage Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. crushed pineapple, undrained
    1 c. liquid coffee
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 c. raisins
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Mix well.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 in a 9 x 13-inch pan for 1 hour or done.
