Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 2 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 c. chopped onions
    1 c. chopped green peppers
    1 c. chopped celery
    2 (15 oz.) cans kidney beans
    2 (16 oz.) cans cut up tomatoes
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 to 1 1/2 Tbsp. chili powder
    2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Sprinkle in onion powder.
    Try some Old Bay, too.
