Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 slices white bread, frozen
8 Tbsp. butter
1 (16 oz.) pkg. sausage, cooked and drained
6 oz. cheese, grated
2 c. Half and Half
5 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation

Butter both sides of frozen bread and cut into cubes.
Spread cubes over bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish.
Sprinkle sausage over bread; then sprinkle cheese over sausage.
Combine half and half, eggs, salt and dry mustard.
Pour over layered bread, sausage and cheese and refrigerate overnight.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
