Petite Cherry Cheesecakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 (21 oz.) can pie filling
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    24 vanilla wafers
Preparation
    Beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs, lemon juice and vanilla until lightly fluffy.
    Line small muffin pan with paper cups and place a wafer in bottom of each cup.
    Fill 2/3 full. Bake in oven at 375\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes or until set.
    Let cool.
    Top each with 1 tablespoon pie filling and chill.
