Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen corn
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    2 cartons half and half (or enough to just cover mixture)
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Place all ingredients in a casserole dish.
    Half and half needs to just cover the corn.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until center is set.
    If the casserole begins to brown on top you can cover it with either a lid or foil for the remainder of the baking time.
