Apple Nut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. nuts
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
3 1/2 c. tart apples, chopped
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. soda
1/2 c. oil
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Mix all dry ingredients; add eggs, oil, apples and vanilla. Mix; now add remaining ingredients.
Bake in a greased Bundt pan for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
Let cool, then pour glaze over cake.
