Peanut Butter Fiesta Fudge(3 Pounds; Very Easy) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    3/4 c. margarine
    2/3 c. evaporated milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. creamy peanut butter
    1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine sugar, milk and margarine in a heavy saucepan; bring to a full rolling (bubbling) boil over high heat, stirring constantly.
    Reduce heat to medium and boil for 5 minutes.
    Remove from heat; stir in peanut butter until melted.
    Add vanilla and marshmallows; stir until melted.
    Spread into greased 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
    Cool and cut.
