Shrimp In Sour Cream Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. peeled deveined rock shrimp or regular shrimp
1 (4 1/2 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
2 Tbsp. chopped green onions
2 Tbsp. margarine or butter, melted
1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of shrimp soup
1 c. sour cream
1/8 tsp. white pepper
patty shells or toast points
Preparation

Saute mushrooms and onions in margarine until tender but not brown. Blend in flour. Add soup; cook over medium heat until thickened, stirring constantly.
Add shrimp; cook 5 minutes. Stir in sour cream and pepper. Heat thoroughly, stirring occasionally. Serve in patty shells or on toast points. Serves 6.
