Candy Coated Nuts - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. walnuts or pecans

Preparation

Combine sugars and sour cream; cook to soft ball stage (236\u00b0). Add vanilla and beat until mixture begins to thicken.
Add nuts and stir until well coated.
Turn out on a greased platter or cookie sheet.
Separate in individual pieces.
