Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 white potatoes
    1/2 c. diced celery
    1/4 c. minced onions
    2 Tbsp. diced red peppers
    2 Tbsp. diced green peppers
    1/2 c. chopped dill pickles
    1/2 c. chopped sweet pickles
    4 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 c. low-calorie mayo
    2 tsp. prepared mustard
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook potatoes until tender.
    Drain.
    Peel and dice. Place in stainless steel or glass bowl.
    Keep warm. Combine remaining ingredients. Stir into potatoes.
    Cover and refrigerate until chilled.
