Earthquake Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. coconut
1 German chocolate cake mix
1 stick butter, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans
1 lb. powdered sugar
8 oz. cream cheese (room temperature)
Preparation

Spray pan with Pam.
Mix coconut and nuts and put in bottom of pan (1st layer).
Mix cake mix according to directions and pour over 1st layer.
Mix powdered sugar, cream cheese, melted butter and vanilla and pour over 2nd layer.
Bake at 350\u00b0 about 45 to 50 minutes.
