Fruited Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. diced cooked chicken
1 c. diced celery
1 c. orange sections
1 (9 oz.) c. pineapple tidbits, drained
1/2 c. slivered almonds, toasted
2 Tbsp. salad oil
2 Tbsp. orange juice
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
Preparation

Combine first five ingredients.
Blend in oil, orange juice, vinegar and salt.
Add to chicken mixture.
Chill one hour.
Drain and add salad dressing and toss together.
Serves 8 to 10.
