Mom Miner'S Cherry Cheese Tarts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    vanilla cookies
    1 or 2 cans cherry pie filling
Preparation
    Cream the cream cheese and sugar.
    Add eggs and vanilla.
    Beat about 1 or 2 minutes until well blended.
    Place 1 vanilla cookie in the bottom of foil cupcake cups; fill cup 1/2 to 3/4 full.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes until set.
    Cool and top with cherry pie filling.
    Other pie filling may be substituted.
