Zucchini Mushroom Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. shredded zucchini
    1 c. chopped mushrooms
    4 eggs, beaten lightly
    1 c. Jiffy or Bisquick mix
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
    6 oz. shredded Swiss cheese
    2 Tbsp. olive or canola oil
    4 green onions, chopped
    1 1/2 tsp. dry dill weed
    tomato, chopped (optional)
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in large bowl.
    Pour into \"Pammed\" quiche or pie dish.
    Top if desired with chopped tomatoes.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean.
