Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
dash of salt
1 c. dark corn syrup
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. broken pecans
1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
Preparation

In mixing bowl, beat eggs thoroughly.
Stir in sugar and salt until dissolved.
Stir in corn syrup, butter and vanilla; mix well.
Stir in pecans.
Pour mixture into an unbaked pie shell. Bake in a 400\u00b0 oven for 10 minutes.
Reduce oven temperature to 325\u00b0 and bake about 1 hour more or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
Cool on a wire rack.
