Coconut Pecan Delight - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. unsifted all-purpose flour
1/2 c. melted margarine
2 2/3 c. coconut
1 c. chopped pecans
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3 c. cold milk
1 pkg. instant jello pudding (vanilla)
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip
Preparation

Combine flour, pecans and margarine; mix well.
Press evenly into bottom of 13 x 9-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until lightly brown. Cool.
Beat cream cheese until very soft.
Gradually add 1/2 cup milk, blend for 2 minutes.
Add remaining milk and pudding, blend 2 minutes.
Stir in remaining coconut and pecans.
Pour over baked crust.
Spread Cool Whip over pudding.
Sprinkle with coconut and pecans.
Chill at least 2 hours before serving.
