Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. cream cheese
    2 Tbsp. sour cream
    1 (8 oz.) or more grated sharp cheese
    1 (8 oz.) or more American cheese
    2 Tbsp. grated onion
    3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    4 Tbsp. chopped pimento
    1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
    2 or 3 Tbsp. chopped chives
    parsley flakes
    sprinkle of garlic salt
Preparation
    Mix cheese and sour cream together.
    Mix all other ingredients together, saving the nuts and parsley, with the cheese.
    Form cheese into balls and roll in the nuts mixed with the parsley flakes.
    Refrigerate until firm.
