My Favorite Bran Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. unprocessed bran
1 c. toasted wheat germ
1 c. brown sugar
2 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
2 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. grated orange peel
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 c. honey
1/4 c. molasses
1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 c. buttermilk
1 c. boiling water
Preparation

In large bowl, combine bran, wheat germ, flour, baking soda, salt and orange peel.
Set aside.
Combine eggs, honey, molasses, oil, buttermilk and boiling water.
Mix well with dry ingredients. Spoon batter into greased muffin tins filling 2/3 full.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
