Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 grated carrot
    2 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    1 medium onion, grated or chopped
    1/2 c. cornflake crumbs
    2 Tbsp. barbecue sauce
Preparation
    Mix ingredients and mold.
    Place in refrigerator to chill. Bake at 350\u00b0 until done (about 1 1/2 hours).
    If desired, meat loaf may be placed in freezer for future baking.
