Fresh Cranberry-Raisin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

pastry for 2 crust pie
3 c. fresh cranberries
2 Tbsp. flour
2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
2/3 c. boiling water
1 c. seedless raisins
2 tsp. grated lemon peel
2 Tbsp. butter
1 egg, beaten
Preparation
-
Put bottom crust in a 9-inch pie plate.
Refrigerate with rest of pastry until ready to fill.
Combine all ingredients, except butter and egg.
Bring to a boil over medium heat until cranberries start to pop.
