Stuffed Peppers Salad Style - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bell pepper
    1 can tuna
    3/4 c. cooked rice
    mayonnaise
    seasoning of choice
Preparation
    Remove cap and seeds from bell pepper.
    Mix tuna, rice and mayonnaise to desired consistency.
    Add salt or lemon pepper, celery salt, whatever tastes good.
    Stuff pepper and enjoy.
    May be chilled, if you prefer.
    Serves one.
