Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 sticks butter, softened
    2 1/4 c. sugar
    4 eggs, well beaten
    4 c. flour
    4 tsp. baking powder
    2 1/2 c. milk
    2 c. canned blueberries, drained
Preparation
    In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar together until light. Add the eggs and beat until well mixed.
    Add the flour and baking powder.
    Gradually add the milk, beating until mixture is smooth. Fold in the blueberries.
    Pour into greased muffin tins.
    Fill about 1/2 full.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
    Makes about 2 dozen muffins.
