Shrimp Scampi - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. melted butter
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined
    3 cloves crushed garlic
    2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
    1/4 c. dry white wine
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Heat butter and olive oil in large skillet.
    Add shrimp and saute until done (about 5 minutes).
    Add remaining ingredients. Cook another minute.
    French bread is great for capturing all the juices.
    Good served with rice or fettucini.
