Fried Mushroom Nuggets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Terry Farms fresh mushrooms
    3/4 c. baking mix or self-rising flour
    3/4 c. club soda
    dash of garlic powder
    peanut oil or oil of your choice
Preparation
    Rinse mushrooms and pat dry with paper towel.
    In a bowl, blend the flour, garlic powder and club soda until smooth.
    Dip mushrooms in batter and fry in about 1-inch of oil until golden brown.
    Drain on paper towels before serving.
