Peach Parfait Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 oz. lemon gelatin
    1 c. hot water or use part peach juice and water
    1 small can peaches, cut small or 3 fresh peaches, covered with sugar (set aside)
    1 pt. vanilla ice cream
    1 baked pie crust
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in water.
    Add peaches to jello.
    Melt ice cream enough so it can be whipped into thick cream.
    Add to jello mixture.
    Pour into baked pie shell.
