Black Bing Cherry Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cans cherries
    1 1/4 c. sherry wine
    2 c. orange juice
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. Knox gelatine
    pecans or almonds
Preparation
    Mix juice from one of the cans of cherries, sherry wine, 1 1/2 cups of orange juice and 1 cup sugar and bring to a boil. Dissolve Knox gelatine in 1/2 cup orange juice.
    Pour hot mixture over gelatine and when it's partially set, put cherries stuffed with pecans or almonds in hot juice.
    Mold in large ring or individual molds.
