Dill Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. potatoes
3/4 c. sour cream or plain yogurt
1/2 c. finely chopped sweet red onion
1/2 c. minced dill (fresh)
3/4 c. mayonnaise
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Boil potatoes until tender; drain and cut into slices or cubes.
In a bowl, combine sour cream, onion and dill and blend well.
Pour over warm potatoes and toss gently to mix thoroughly.
