Big Red Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. oatmeal
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    2 Tbsp. minced parsley
    2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1 tsp. marjoram leaves
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 eggs, lightly beaten
    1/2 c. milk
    Piquant Sauce (recipe follows)
Preparation
    Combine ground beef, oatmeal, onion, green pepper, parsley, mustard, salt, marjoram, pepper, eggs and milk in large bowl.
    Mix lightly, but well.
    Press mixture into greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Spread with Piquant Sauce.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
