Grilled Marinated Lamb Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. olive oil
    2 Tbsp. wine vinegar
    2 tsp. prepared mustard
    1 tsp. crumbled rosemary leaves
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. onion salt
    1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
    1/4 tsp. instant minced garlic
    1/4 tsp. ground ginger
    1/4 c. dry white wine
    6 boneless loin lamb chops, trimmed well and cut 1-inch thick
Preparation
    Combine first 10 ingredients.
    Pour marinade over lamb chops and marinate overnight or 5 to 6 hours in covered bowl in refrigerator.
    Cook slowly over slow burning fire until center is still slightly pink.
    Baste with marinade as often as meat looks dry.
    Serves 6.
