Apple Pie(Diabetic) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 c. tart apples
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 (6 oz.) can frozen apple juice concentrate, thawed
1/2 c. walnuts, chopped
1/2 c. raisins
1 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation

Core and slice apples.
Combine cinnamon and cornstarch and stir into apple juice concentrate.
Heat in pan, stirring until thickened.
Stir in apples, nuts and raisins.
Prepare two 9-inch crusts for pie.
Spoon apple mixture into crust and dot with margarine.
Put on top crusts and cut slits in it.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
