Turkey Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground turkey
    1 small onion, chopped fine
    1/4 c. bread crumbs
    1 pkg. brown gravy mix
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 1/2 Tbsp. cold water
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except cooking oil and gravy mix.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Make 1 1/2 or 2-inch meatballs.
    In a large saucepan, mix gravy according to package directions.
    Add meatballs and simmer for 1 hour and serve with rice or noodles.
    Serves 4.
