California Chicken(Lenten Dish) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. diced carrots
1/2 c. ground onion
1 c. finely chopped celery
1 c. soft bread crumbs
1 1/2 c. diced potatoes
2 c. milk
1 can tuna fish
2 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. butter
1 (No. 1) can small peas
Preparation

Drain water from peas and in it cook carrots, celery and potatoes for 1/2 hour.
Drain tuna fish.
Arrange cooked vegetables in buttered casserole along with peas, tuna fish and crumbs, repeating in layers.
Over all pour the white sauce made from flour, butter and milk.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 hour.
