Mocha Buttercream Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 sq. unsweetened baking chocolate
    1 c. butter, softened
    2 Tbsp. Crisco
    1 lb. confectioners sugar
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    3/4 tsp. vanilla extract
    1/2 tsp. instant coffee powder
    2 tsp. hot water
Preparation
    Melt and cool chocolate.
    Then cream with butter and Crisco. Then add 1/2 of sugar and mix in.
    Add egg, vanilla and coffee dissolved in hot water, and mix in.
    Then add the rest of the sugar and beat until very smooth and fluffy; several minutes. Frost cake and store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
