Poultry Marinade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. pineapple or orange juice
    3/4 c. soy sauce
    1/4 c. oil
    2 tsp. ginger
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 1/2 lb. chicken fillets
Preparation
    Boil 3 minutes (not chicken).
    Let cool.
    Pour over breast or turkey fillets and marinate 3 hours or longer.
    Cook on grill until done.
