Broccoli Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            6 c. broccoli
 
8 slices bacon
1/2 c. raisins
1 c. mayonnaise
3 tsp. vinegar
1/4 c. sugar
Preparation
- 
                            Chop broccoli fine, not very much stem.
 
Fry bacon crisp and crumble.
Mix mayonnaise, vinegar and sugar.
Toss well together an hour or two before serving.
Chill.
Serves 8 to 10.
