Vegetable Cole Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium cabbage
    3 medium sized cucumbers
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. mustard
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 onion
    2 large tomatoes
    2 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 carrot, grated
Preparation
    Grate cabbage in large bowl.
    Dice onions, cucumbers and tomatoes; toss into cabbage.
    In small bowl mix mayonnaise, sugar, mustard, salt and pepper until well blended.
    Add mayonnaise mixture to cabbage.
    Mix well.
    Toss in grated carrots.
    Makes 12 servings.
