Cannoli Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. Ricotta cheese
1 pkg. cream cheese
1/4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. milk
1/4 tsp. anise or almond extract
3/4 tsp. vanilla
1/3 c. semi-sweet chocolate pieces
1 (12 oz.) Entenmann's pound cake
1 (16 oz.) can prepared chocolate frosting
1 container chocolate Cool Whip
Preparation

Combine cream cheese, Ricotta cheese, sugar, milk, vanilla and almond.
Mix at medium speed until well blended.
Stir in chocolate pieces.
Split cake lengthwise into 4 layers.
Spread three layers with cream cheese mixture; stack layers.
Top with remaining layer and frost.
Chill and serve.
