Blueberry Muffins (Lo-Cal) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1/4 c. sugar
    4 tsp. baking powder
    2 Tbsp. lo-cal margarine
    1 c. skim milk, scalded
    1 c. blueberries
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients in mixing bowl.
    Work in margarine with hands until mixed well.
    Add milk until all moistened.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 in muffin pan sprayed with nonstick oil.
    Bake until lightly browned.
