Chocolate Fruit Cake(Makes 4 Pounds) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. raisins
    1 c. chopped walnuts
    24 large marshmallows
    1 tsp. grated orange rind
    4 c. vanilla wafer crumbs
    3/4 c. dried apricots
    1 1/2 c. diced mixed candied fruits
    3/4 c. evaporated milk
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. chocolate cookie crumbs
Preparation
    Rinse and drain raisins.
    Rinse apricots and chop.
    Combine raisins, apricots, walnuts and candied fruits.
    Dice marshmallows and combine with milk, orange rind and vanilla.
    Add cookie crumbs and mix well.
    Mix in fruits and walnuts.
    Pack into oiled tube pan or gelatin mold.
    Cover with waxed paper or aluminum foil. Chill one week or longer before cutting.
