Creamy Top Fruit Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. grated lemon peel
1/2 c. whipping cream
1/4 c. powdered sugar
2 c. peach slices
2 c. blueberries
2 c. strawberry slices
2 c. grapes
Preparation

Combine cream cheese, juice and peel, mixing until well blended.
Beat whipping cream until soft peaks form.
Gradually add sugar, beating until stiff peaks form.
Fold into cream cheese mixture; chill.
Layer fruit in 2 1/2 quart glass serving bowl. Top with cream cheese mixture.
Sprinkle with nuts, if desired. Chill.
Serves 8.
